It's not that Eric R1 Johnson was completely oblivious of culture and cuisine, he just simply could not accept that boneless wings are chicken nuggets. I had a medium traditional wing platter, split Spicy Garlic/Thai Curry. The medium was much larger than my intention but the wings were quite delicious. The restaurant can get quite crowded, especially during sports events. It's good quality wings in a pleasant atmosphere. I think next time I will ask Zach to join me as he seems more capable of basic conversation and normal standards of hygiene than Eric.

Our entire experience took 3 hours for 5 people. We waited 30 minutes because they "only had 3 servers working and didn't want to overwhelm themselves". Please understand there were only a hand full of tables full .We were finally sat and order, surprise, wings! It then took another 45 minutes for them to catch the chicken and fry it because they had one cook working. I would NOT recommend this place. If you cannot afford to employ more people you need to rethink your business model and if you cannot retain employees you need to rethink your management style. --Sincerely, A customer that will never return

Visited on a Thursday around 1:00pm and waited for 8-10 minutes to get seated. It was about 20% occupied and 5-6 employees walked past us without saying a word. After getting seated, it took another 10 min for a waitress to take a drink order. This location, like the one on University, is poorly managed and staffed. I've been several times and have been disappointed with the service every time. Never going back.

Best BWW I’ve ever been too! I’ve never been a fan of BWW mainly because the one in my hometown is not very good. But the one on Carl Jones in Huntsville was amazing! My husband talked me into going, and the food and service was the best we’ve ever had at a sports bar! Kyle, the bartender, was very nice and manged the entire bar well. He brought us refills without asking. And when he found out my husband was a cop he gave him a beer on the house! And I was walking out to leave he brought me a sweet tea to go with out me asking! Great over all service. Highly recommend!

Don't get to go very often. But when we do its the best place ever... Very friendly people and great food
