Our first time was good! The wings came out in about 25 min and the waitress was nice and always checked if we needed something. This was the best we have had at a buffalo wild wings in a long time. Nice and crispy under the sauce. All the flavors were great too. Place was clean.

My first time here! (: Seated quickly, since it wasn't busy. Unfortunately took a good 40 minutes to get our order. Then took another 15 minutes just to add cheese to a side of fries. Nothing tasted fresh, and our server seemed irritated to even be waiting on us. Maybe it was just an off night, but definitely won't be coming back here.

This place is a joke! First stop in Roswell and it was not a good one. We were sat and waited a good 10 minutes before being greeted. The waitress told us she was rolling silverware and not told her table was sat. Ok I can give you a break on that one. My husband ordered blue cheese dressing and got ranch. Not being the complaining type we let that slide too. When ate our meal with not one check up from the waitress. My husband had to get up and refill our tea because of this lack of service. 3 other employees saw this happen and said nothing. When we were finished and had sat there being ignored, my husband finally went and found our waitress that was hanging out at the bar. This was by far the worst service I have ever had anywhere and not a good impression for someone visiting from out of state.

Don’t even try they only serve 2 drinks per person per hour. Server walked up and when asked how he was doing he said ”I’m here”... not a great start. He smelled like cigarettes so bad it smelled like he finished the dirt inside. He took our drink orders then told us about the 2 drink limit due to “being sick of cleaning up the blood from all the fighting”. We are here with my parents and 2 Federal officers not trying to be rowdy. We ended up leaving since we were only there for a snack and a drink during the game. Don’t go it’s terrible service. That server just lost a 30 or 40 dollar tip. Love B Dubs usually but that was the worst.

Personal service for our table was great. Adrianna was attentive and fast. Burger came out cooked perfect and the wings were just right. 2 stars is for the overall climate of the restaurant. Arrived at 6ish on a Sunday night and sat immediately. Dirty tables to the left, the right, and behind, an island of our only clean table. Again server was sweet and attentive. However, we had to endure sitting in the middle of dirty and cluttered tables through the whole dinner. As we sat and watched, I witnessed the manager on duty (heavy set gentleman with a beard, Sanders I believe his name was.) sat around to watch football, oblivious to the trash and dish covered table, literally directly behind him. So close in fact that he was leaning against one of the chairs that belong to that table.
