Story

Buffalo Wild Wings is more than just a NY-style wing joint with 20+ Signature Sauces and Seasonings. We are also a sports bar, complete with a full menu featuring everything from salads to appetizers to burgers and a variety a specialty items. All served in a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere where people like to hang out with friends, play trivia on our Buzztime Trivia system and watch their favorite games on our many HD and Projection TVs. At Buffalo Wild Wings (or B-Dubs as we are commonly referred to) you can always feel comfortable pulling some tables together with your friends and staying as long as you like. I never take the time to write a review but I must do so for this location. I’ve eaten at Buffalo Wild Wings many, many times at many, many locations. I can confidently tell you that this is consistently the worst location. Time after time, they mess up phone orders, the management is frustratingly rude, it is often incredibly disorganized, and understaffed. Even the food is hit or miss; sometimes the wings are dry as a bone, other times the wings are drowning entirely in a literal pool of sauce. Buffalo Wild Wings is a solid place to eat food, drink beer and watch sports, but DO NOT do so at THIS location. All the managers are AWFUL.

Great place even for a chain. Staff is super accommodating, even when short staffed. Plugs and purse home below the bar is a plus. Lots of TVs and they will change channels to accommodate. Even cartoons if you have a bunch of kids on one TV definitely family friendly in an affluent neighborhood.

There's a decent waiting period after you order, but it's all worth it because their food is amazing. Alcoholic drinks are always great.

We called in an order to go and went to pick it up. Staff told us it wasn't done. We waited for another 20 minutes and still nothing. We kept asking and after person after person kept getting there food we asked another staff member and our food was sitting there! We left fusterated with cold food. If we were trying to make a movie I would have complained to the manager.

Typcial bdubs but management down to staff are great here! They are nice on the ball and worl hard to make each meal a good time
