Ha.. the customer service is laughable. It took the bartender over ten minutes to greet me after I sat down. Then another ten minutes to take my order. Which was incorrect. The bartender was too busy talking to be attentive to anyone at the bar. Customers finished meals sat in front of them for 20-30 minutes. Ridiculous how unclean the bar area is. Very nice new location but the horrible customer service doesn’t make it worth it.

Decent place to grab bite and watch the game! Overall, you kind of have a general idea of what to expect when you come here. Buffalo Wild Wings is a sports bar at the end of day. You come here for drinks, food, and watching televised sports. The service is average here. If you get the right people you should be okay. Every now and then you get someone who is probably not having the greatest day to begin with in the first place and that can reflect on their service to you. It's hit or miss. I would say this location has been a hit most of the time. The food here is same as all their other locations. Most of the menu revolves around chicken wings and beer. There are other options as well like their assortment of appetizers and burgers, basically most bar/diner food. The good stuff is obviously the wings which come is a few flavors that vary from mild to really hot. Now most places claim their wings are spicy but Buffalo makes sure you're punished if you do dare to dive into the hottest levels they have to offer. In general, if you can get here during happy hour or any of their deal days, this place is totally worth it. You can hangout with friends, watch the game, and enjoy some wings.

This is my favorite lunch spot. I've been going to Buffalo Wild Wings for the last 35 years. I love their chicken tenders. The breading is great and their sauces are always tasty. I've been coming to this particular BWW since a started a job near here a couple months ago. The crew here does a good job. They are friendly, polite and quick.

This location of BWW has the worst service imaginable. We didn't get so much as a greeting when we walked through the door as three employees were too busy having a personal conversation. When we finally got seated, it took 15 minutes to order water and another 10 minutes to get that water. It took 20 minutes for us to get our checks after we asked for them, and we were one of the only two tables at the time. Food took a bit too long and it was adequate. Amazing how this place is still open.

Their wings are plump, and juicy, but messy and a little too spicy. Medium buffalo tastes like Full-Throttle HOT. BWW is much more expensive than other small wing joints like Wings 101 or Philly-Wings.but if there's a game you want to see with your wings, then they are the best place to go.
