great service (fast and friendly), decent food, no order. fun time with friends even though our race was cancelled. wheelchair/scooter/walker-friendly restroom. nice-sized patio seating. great location right off the freeway. a little pricey for what you get but the wings are always really good.

Typical fast food joint.  Nothing special.  Wait times can be hit or miss.  Tend to go there after the big lunch rush and still in bar area.  Orders go I  fast just takes some time to get it out of kitchen. Go for the special on wings day, usually Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Asian Zing and a basket of onion rings can't miss.

I have enjoyed Buffalo Wild Wings in the past, but their service and quality of food have become sub-par in recent years. I came for my birthday with my family, and we had to leave from our main group because the kids got cranky. We went to the front desk because our server was nowhere to be found. The other servers had no clue how to handle our situation and made us wait for ours to come back from who knows where. He then strolled in and gave us attitude like we were supposed to wait at the table. I will not be going back to this location.

I went there last night and they had the bartender serving the bar and the remainder of the bar outside of the actual bar itself that you sit at. In my opinion this is not only unfair to the patron but also to the bartender.

I asked another worker there if I could speak to the bartender because I had a complaint to make regarding the amount of time that I had to wait for additional things on more than one occasion. Had the bartender been serving just the actual bar then the service would have been much better. I can understand perhaps on a slow night such as a Tuesday or Wednesday or another week day, but not on a weekend even if it's an hour before you close.

Oh I should also mention that the other worker which I ask for a manager to make my frustration known wound up dropping the ball and didn't even get the manager.

Overall I think their wings are good and they have a lot of selections with wing sauce which is great, but it does not make them valued at the price that they sell them at. The place is largely over priced and I will not be back.

Server was really nice, and free refill on my rootbeer, too! I had the BBQ chicken sando and it was great! Coleslaw tasted fresh or daily made, too! Will go back if in area, too. Lots of TVs with lots of different sports on.
