Normally I sit at the bar for outstanding service. Not tonight. To the bartenders defense, she was overworked with no help. The traditional wings were over cooked. Fries portion was very small. Will not be back to this location!Food: 1/5

03/03/23 Thought the 3rd time might be a charm but it was the biggest fail yet. I AM FURIOUS AND SO DISAPPOINTED. I dropped my original review from 2 stars to 1. After waiting 25 minutes and spending $70  in gift cards and $25 in cash for a take out order of 60 wings, I'm now still sitting here with 5 hungry adults and a very mad 10 year old. THESE ARE THE WORST WINGS IVE EVER GOTTEN FROM ANYWHERE IN MY LIFE! They were drier than over cooked gas station wings that sat under a heat lamp all day. Then the garlic parmasean ones weren't even coated in barely any sauce and we got no carrots or celery. The service was rude and the girl handed my husband the wings and walked outside to go hang out at someone's car and get some cake. I am done with this place for good. I deserve every dime plus some back for this ruined Sunday dinner that I now have to replace. Beyond pissed about this.  Original-Came in at dinner time, place was pretty dead. Tried to seat ourselves. Both booths we picked were dirty, looked around and all the empty ones were. Made no sense with how empty it was. Finally found one that wasn't too bad. Waited quite a while for a waitress to come by and notice us, only reason for even 2 stars was at least she was friendly, although we still wiped down our own table after asking for a cleaning towel. Then noticed the booth we were sitting at had an OPEN electrical outlet with wires exposed and hanging out loosely, and no cover! My husband ended up shoving them back in some because that's a huge risk for someone with small kids. Our appetizer came out piping hot which was great, got the fried pickles. Our food however, came out stone cold and our wings so soaked in sauce it ruined them. We had them take it back and take it off the bill and left. We went to Hooters instead. Super disappointed. Do better BWWs.

I ordered the 2 piece kids chicken tenders and fries for my daughter and she enjoyed the fries but  she wasn’t even able to bite into the chicken because it was super tough. I asked the waitress nicely if she could please just order her some boneless wings because she wanted to try those instead.. the waitress brings the boneless wings to the table within 5 minutes after placing the order, i was like okay, that was pretty fast but whatever. I cut the chicken open so it could cool off faster since it just got out the fryer and to my surprise, the chicken was RAW on the inside, all 4 pieces. I was very disappointed and highly upset that the cooks weren’t taking their time to cook chicken properly for a child. If I didn’t cut the chicken open, my child would be getting very very ill at this point. And The MANAGER honestly seemed like she could care less about her cooks being so careless about following food safety regulations! she was very nonchalant about it. When I told the waitress to get the manger, she could’ve even find the manager for a good 5 minutes bc she was sitting in the corner on her phone in the dining area blending in like she was a customer. You are a manager, I’m sure you it’s plenty of work to be done at your store. Your staff is working so why aren’t you? It was just a very bad experience and I will never go back to another BWW again.

Very busy. Get that. Seven mon to get server. I'm watching her run on circles bv she is working hard. Chaos. Poor management.  Drink my beverage,  waiting to order, fourteen min later, she is apologizing to me. Two managers min. Zon duty. Wth. Tipped her and left. Had an appointment on 45 min. No chance I'd be able to eat food if the order would make it. Zero stars if I could. Rarely go even though close bc same problems everytime. Ten years ago,  we frequented. Hasn't been good since my kids were little

We used to go to this location every week and then order take out too in between sometimes. Service and quality of food has went down quite a bit.. Now they dont honor the specials for wings on Tuesday and Thursdays so we dont even do take out.. Just shows Temporarily Unavailable..  I used to work at a Bdubs a long time ago and this was what we were known for.. Stupid! Olive Brach location is better and they honor all the usual specials!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Service was ok. Food was horrible. The Wings and fries were very old and stale. They said because my kid had eaten some of it. They couldn’t take it off my bill. I couldn’t talk to a manager. OK that’s cool so I’m writing this review to let y’all know. People go anywhere else because if you come here it’s a waste of money.

If I could give zero stars I would, love coming in for lunch, but came in for dinner 4/20/24 and the host is very rude and lacks hospitality. Immediately said show me your ID you look underage, no hello, not a single type of greeting. Have been MULTIPLE times for dinner and only have needed ID for sitting in the bar area, it was 8pm and we couldn’t even get through the door without being told we were underage and we very clearly were not. A group of four of us came in and ONE person who is 25 did not have a physical copy but had the government website that shows identification, and was STILL denied. Very disappointed but not surprised as every single table was dirty anyways.

We 2 hours away from Buffalo Wings in Southaven, MS we made an order lemon pepper wings with the bones and it didn’t taste right. Boneless barbecue wings didn’t a taste and son said it tasted like old cook and just gave to him. The mother in law said she food didn’t have taste and it tasted like it was season. We discovered that when made it Tunica and we said we will not order food from there anymore.

Brittany is the reason we go to this location. She is very attentive and welcoming. She has always given the best service. If you want a great server request Brittany.Food: 5/5
