Place is crowded , had to wait for sometime but that’s fine as it is one of the crowded places in the area. Wings and fries were nice… tried hot wings Will definitely go again and will recommend!
Order was almost right but not wrong enough to be mad about or not continue to go just missed my gauc. But the thing that kept this location from 4 stars is the amount of sauce you get in the cup. I ordered take out and got 2 blue cheese cups. Both of them were almost half way full
I gave a 3 due to the manager fixing the problem but it wasn’t the first time I went in for a BOGO takeout and was served this monstrosity, and this time it was the wrong sauce as well, also had to drive another 30 minutes to get what we actually ordered. Kitchen staff clearly lacks pride in their jobs cuz this doesn’t happen at any of the other locations I visit in the city.
Omg this place has went down hill! It’s not often I leave a restaurant upset. You could tell on our faces how upset we were and somehow our waitress ignored the signs. It all started w a fly in our drink! A fly! Do you think it was take off our bill? No! She made us a new one. And totally made this old fashion drink WRONG and the Moscow mule was made wrong! And it cost us $9!! Crazy!! The Long Island was warm! The food took an hour to come out! Our waiter was sweet but she seemed new. The bartender was terrible. We won’t be back
BWW on Alpine in Grand Rapids. Disappointing after a 40 min round trip for take out and barely a splash of sauce on the wings. When paying over $1.50 per 1" piece of chicken, I would think they could do a little better on the sauce!
This place did not deserve to be as busy as it was. We called ahead of time to see if they could accommodate a group of 16 to which they said there would be no problem and that it might take 15 minutes or so to seat us after we arrive. Upon our arrival, there was a sign that was posted "please seat your self" but since we were a larger group we checked in with the host at the front. Small groups of 2 to 4 began to seat themselves in the area they were cleaning for our group and nothing was done to stop them. Our wait time for our group ended up being over an hour before being seated. Once finally seated, beverages were ordered and soft drinks for the kids were all flat. When we questioned to sever who was very good and clearly doing the best she could she informed us that they had forgotten to order a refill on the carbonation tank and all soft drinks would be flat until the tank could be refilled. We changed the soft drinks to lemonade to correct this issue. Bar service was very slow as we were only able to get one drink during our entire meal there and when the food was finally delivered to the table 2 hours later it was brought out in stages and the first part of our party was completely done eating by the time the rest of the group received their food. The food was about 50% accurate on the order. Wings marked mild were in Buffalo, wings that should have had sauce had rub, and COLD! Not luke warm but cold. To sum it up, everything was a disaster. Food orderes were swapped within the group to try and accommodate everyone so we could avoid having to send food back as our total time there was now 3 hours and we had had enough.
Our experience was terrible from start to end. We had a large party 5 adults and 4 kids so we expected a wait. When arriving and telling them our party size, the first hostess said nothing and just walked away. Another lady came up after multiple other parties who arrived after us were seated came and let us know it would be 5-10 minutes. Another 30 minutes went by before we were seated and the table was dirty still. Our waiter wiped it down with a dirty wet rag…. We asked for booster seats or high chairs and after them never coming we looked for them ourselves. We waited an hour for our food and when we got it all of our plates were cold, as if they’d been sitting there for quite a while. One of the kids had gotten mac and cheese and it did not feel like it had ever been warmed up at all. When I asked for a refill on my soda, the waiter informed me they were out of clean cups and he’d have to take mine and refill it instead of bringing a new cup isn’t that against some kind of health code?. We could hear our waiter telling other tables he was quitting. It was just overall a terrible experience from the service to the cold food. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else. Also a side note- my husband ordered the Buffalo wing flat bread pizza thing new item featured with a photo and his came out looking absolutely nothing like the picture on the table of the same dish. Everything was sloppy and gross.
Greeted with "just you two" and nothing more. Hostess was covering her neck. Was that a hickey?? LoL you crazy kids No silverware. Ketchup at our and another table empty. Asked for Coleslaw but never got it. Manager strangely absent. It think maybe the staff just needs more training they seemed inexperienced.
We arrived and when we advised of our parties size 5 adults, 4 children, the hostest walked away without saying a word to us. After about 5-10 minutes and several other parties being sat the hostest came back and advised it would be 5-10 more minutes. No problem we are a large group. 30 minutes later we were sat at a dirty table. We request high chairs and boosters several times, got none, finally got up and searched to find our own. Our food took an hour to come, was ice cold. Our child with food allergies food came out with a glazed bun, suspecting it had dairy or egg allergens, I asked to send the bun back. The waiter moved the bun from the child's plate to my plate with his bare hand and left. Oh, we were also told they had no spoons? Only forks and knives apparently. Then our waiter told the table beside us, who was sat after us and got their food before us, so sorry for the wait. He told that table his name was Chris and they could complain if they want but he was going to quit anyway. Anyway, not a place if you have smaller children who can't to wait 1-2 hours to eat.
Hot dang! Best waitress in forever!!! KYLIE rocked it tonight. Knowing our stupid gift card issue … dang girl, you are rocking it! Thanks BWW for keeping good employees. She’s a keeper!
