[[Friday.28.July.2023]]  It was a Long Work Week, so i thought i would Treat My Wife for Supper at Buffalo Wild Wings, to Enjoy, Relax the Ambiance and Wing's at BDub's. We arrived there early evening, i would say there were at a quick glance 40  heads of customer's already seated, my wife and i were the only customer's standing waiting to be seated, within 1 Minute a Staff Member had took us to our table to be seated. Within 5 Minutes another Staff Member came to take our Order which was 20 Wings, Order of Fries and Onion Rings with 2 Cups of Water, which should have our Food Order within 20  to 30 Minutes time. As we waited we noticed the Couple that was seated across from us that was already there when we arrived did Not have there Food Order at that time nor did any other Tables down the Resturant have there Food yet. At the 20 Minute mark we still did not have our Food Order, but we did notice the Couple setting across from us there Waitress had came to them and stated some thing to them and the Gentleman said "Why is that" i really could not hear what Waitress was saying tho and she left the couples table but they did not have there food order. At the 30 Minute Mark we still did not have our Food Order, then at the 38 Minute Mark our Waitress came to our table and stated "There is a Delay, Due to a Party" i asked "How much longer till we get our Food Order to our table? Waitress replied said "Not much longer" and the waitress left, i mean gee it has been about wright at 40 minutes since took our order, this being a Friday Evening no matter Party or Not they should have customers orders to them in appropriate time span. At the 50 Minute Mark we still did Not have our Food Order, the couple across from us just had received there Food Order but there Waitress had to Return there Food Order back to Kitchen due there Food was Cold, oh Wow what is actually going on here. At the 53 Minute Mark our Waiter came to us a second time to tell us our Food Order should be out Shortly, really!! Shortly, what are we talking 5 minutes or more? Waiter said not sure but Shortly and left. At the 1 hour and 7 minute mark we Finally received our Food Order to our table, the Wing's, Fries and Onion Rings were all Hot so that was on Point, Food was Delicious it was all Prepared and Cooked Perfectly and was Correct Sauces and amount that we Ordered. Now, i can not down the Server/Waiter, the person was only doing there job and telling customers what there being told, Nor can i down the Taste of the Food it was All Good, but what i can say is that it Should Not ever taken BDub's 1 hour or more for Customer's to receive there Orders to there Tables no matter if there is a Party going on Which we did not see any large crowd of a party by looking around, nor while we was up through out the hour going to get our own refills of water did not see or hear a party going on so i am very Skeptical about if there was a Party or Not or was something being told to customers just out of the blue. My prospective on this matter is, either BDub's did not have enough Cooks Working to support the Friday Evening Customer's or Some Major Commercial Appliance Problems was going on. We still left the Server/Waiter a Large Tip tho was not there Fault at all, plus was Kind and Nice, our order came to $40.  Note: We will "NOT be Returning" to BDub's any time soon, 1 hour plus wait for food is Unacceptable!! it would be way better off going to "Wing's Etc / Pizza Hut to get Order Wings in a reasonable time, I think BDub's Corp should do a Shakeup on Management at this location cause know matter what this all trickles back to the head manager for letting this happen, Plus not long ago they just went thru a remodel on outside, what they should had done was get a better Management Team! my opinion, i think this Business is headed for Closure, we will see.

This is the first time I’ve been in here since they remodeled, so it looked pretty good inside. The food was fair, but the service definitely left a lot to be desired. It didn’t appear busy at all in there this afternoon, but it took a good 15 minutes before anybody took my drink order. After bringing my drink, they did take my order and brought my food out relatively quickly after that. Nobody came to the table again until I stopped somebody and asked for my check.  It’s sad that service has gotten so poor that it’s expected now.

So I keep giving this place a chance. Again it was slow.  We ordered some boneless wings. Nothing special. We waited over 45 mins and they came out ice cold. I don’t like to complain but this time I said something. He said he would get the manager. The manager never came and the waiter came back and said all I can do is give you 10% off. Really?? I asked for new food. It came out a lot quicker but still wasn’t hot.  Atleast this time it was above room temp. This is a good way to get people sick.  The wings were tiny this time as well. They were smaller than a McDonald chicken nugget. This was the last chance and I will not be back. It’s one thing for the food to suck and take forever but when the manager won’t even come over to your table and apologize, that’s just a poorly run establishment.  Came back for food. They were really slow and we still waited over an hour for 2 kids Mac and cheese and 12 wings. No reason to wait that long when almost the whole place was empty. The food was also not even hot. This was ridiculous and we won’t be back.  They updated the joint. Some new paint and new tvs and seating. The bathrooms are still terrible and smell. Food is still ok and the prices like everything are on the rise. Overall just ok. Nothing special.

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. The restaurant was nearly empty, and we waited well over 5 minutes for a table with tons of staff in sight. In fact, the lady working the takeout counter even told presumably the person in charge that people were waiting to be seated. The only reason we seemed to get a seat is another server that appeared to be clocking out happened to notice and got us a table. Now that we are seated, our actual server didn't come get our drink order for 10 minutes. We ordered food at the same time since we had plenty of time to mull over the menu. The food came out rather quickly, which is a plus. Though the fries seem undercooked and the wings over cooked and super dry. There was very little sauce on them, and they were so crispy. We never got a refill as our server never came by to check on us. We should have left within the first 5 minutes, but we were hoping it was just a fluke. From what I could see, most of the staff doesn't seem to care anymore. I contribute this entire experience to poor, lazy, and unappreciative management.

I usually don't leave bad reviews, but my last experience at the Parkersburg Location was very bad to say the least. The restaurant was about half full so we thought this would be a nice time to eat and be on our way by 7:15 - 7:30. We arrived at 6:15 pm and were seated promptly. It was about 20 minutes to get our drinks ordered and 40 minutes to get our appetizers ordered. 60 minutes to order our food, which didn't make it to our table until 8:15 and it was all cold. We asked for the manager who refused to talk to us, which is very disrespectful. Some of our party just left at this point as they were very upset. It was 8:45 until our checks were given to us, and we just had the few cold food orders that weren't canceled made to go. My family and friends won't be going back.  In the end, I microwaved my 10 wings and finally got to eat at 9:15...

I paid express door dash to get Buffalo Wild Wings tonight from this restaurant and ordered around 5:40. My dasher is just now on his way at 6:31 because this restaurant had him waiting there for a ten piece boneless chicken wing and a mountain dew for upwards to one hour.Food: 1/5

I haven’t been to this location in awhile. After this experience, I remembered why.  I did not know that this  was a “seat yourself” location. After I stood for 15 minutes while online orders were being pushed out the door, I finally was told to sit wherever I wanted. The  waitress was prompt taking my order of a chicken wrap and salad. Others were actually seated around me after I seated myself. Then I noticed everyone else’s orders coming up. 30 minutes waiting and still no waitress to be seen. 45 minutes after the initial order, my food comes to the table. The waitress apologized and said that it should not have taken that long. That was first time that I had seen her in about 45 minutes. Sauce on the wrap was just put on the edge and lettuce was warm. I ended up taking my wrap home and didn’t touch my salad. Unfortunately, I definitely won’t be back st this location again.

Noone works here! My wife and I stopped by around 3:30pm on a Wednesday. We sat at the bar for 20 minutes with one other gentleman. I saw one waitress when we first walked in go back in the back and never saw another person the whole 20 minutes we were there. I walked around to find someone, and there wasn't anyone in the kitchen either. We left. This is the fourth time in a row we have been there with horrible service. This place has gone way down hill and needs new management.

I ordered the Pulled Pork Street Tacos and wasn't at all impressed. Someone in the kitchen needs to research what pulled pork actually is! It is NOT big chunks of pork held together by even bigger chunks of fat, and whoever thought that Parmesan cheese would be a good fit with bbq sauce should have their head examined. Almost 12 bucks for 3 tiny tortillas crammed with that disgusting mish-mash of fatty pork, guacamole, grilled onions and pico de Gallo was the biggest screwing I've had in years. I will NOT be back.

Came in 20 minutes early so workers could get a table ready for 7.. didn’t.. server was a young black man about 18?   Forgot a beer, 3 of 7 orders wrong,  appetizers came out 2 minutes before the meal came out, 1 here, 1 there.. missing things all over.. was absolutely dead at 5pm, had to chase him to pay, my wings dry as a bone.. etc etc.  horrible trip for a double birthday..
