I paid 20 dollars for this…. It was supposed to be traditional wings and I got boneless. Not even even chicken in there. Plus I ordered it online and still had to wait at the counter for 15 more minutes.Food: 1/5

We ordered 6 Asian Zing wings and we got 6 hot wings instead and a chicken ceasar salad with no dressing. We were really disappointed. This is not the first time that we hot take out and our order was wrong!

Was finishing our camping trip out in Indiana and stopped by to watch the Bengals game. It's was super busy which we were skeptical  about but had nothing but first class service.  Matter of fact I would say this was the best service we have had in a long time at BW3s.  Despite the place being packed for game day our server Kimberly treated us with first class service.   She took our drink orders, food orders,  brought our refills with out problems.  Are orders were correct everytime and hot. She even went back to get me another beer despite just bringing one for my wife. She did not complain or apologize. She was super friendly despite it being very crowded.  Thank you again Kimberly for a great game day and service.  Parking: Lots of parking.

UPDATED FROM 5 STARS TO TWO AS OF 12/21/2023. Abnormally large “wings”. My “wet” parmesan wings were dryer than the Sahara desert. Ordered two ranch and two blue cheese and got three ranch and one blue cheese. Received all drums instead of a mix of drums and flats on my bone-in order. Overall multiple bad experiences lately, probably going to go somewhere else from now on. The BOGO wings are NOT worth it.

So I have NEVER EVER had an issue with Buffalo Wild Wings or this location til now . This is suppose to be a large fried pickle ? Who is this suppose to feed ? This is absolutely ridiculous. Also , they put cheese on my wedges and I didn’t ask for cheese . We are lactose intolerant . They are covered in cheese …..I paid over $40 for everything and I accepted bigger portions . Sadly this will be my last time coming to this location . Also , maybe hire someone that knows how to answer phones properly or get new phones . I literally had to call 3 times in order to place my order cause apparently they couldn’t hear me ….

So good! Seriously, delicious food everyone, and every location. It doesn't matter if you're getting a burger or wings. It's going to be better than good. Enjoy!Food: 5/5

Came in on way back from reds game...busy w several large parties...took a few for server to get to us...she was handling a large party...clean dining area, restrooms Brisket tacos always good...tried nachos w chili...good amount of everything....server did a great job!

We frequent this establishment but the last two times we have gone it has been absolutely inedible. The fries taste like they are days old and the wings have been cold both times. We drive 20 miles for this. Get it together folks. We will be eating at Chandlers from now on. At least their food is hot.Food: 1/5

We went there for my grandson’s birthday, the food was good & waitress was very nice. I was working 12 hour Shift last night, I ordered 10 Boneless wings and fries to go, around 11 o’clock I decided to heat up my food. My surprise, I had someone else’s order. Very disappointed, the only thing I had for dinner was french fries‍Food: 4/5

Portion sizes are extremely small here. Quality of food is subpar compared to other branches. Would not recommend going here. Disclaimer did eat two pickles slices before taking the picture.
