Nice BWW I've never seen it crowded, but it always looks closed from the outside because the front is black glass and you can't see in. It's supposedly open 24/7.

Service was terrible. We ordered the wings extra crispy and they came out barely cooked, not even hot in the middle. We ordered a sandwich and we're brought out a wrap. The server didn't come back to check for about ten minutes. By then, we ate the fries and a few boneless wings that were more well cooked, because we were so hungry. We had to wait another 20 minutes for the sabdwich and the cooked wings, and they only brought back a small order of 6 wings, when we actually sent back 10. We had to ask for the other 4 and wait another 10 minutes. They did not bring out any ranch or carrots or celery. There was no apology and the server actually had an attitude with us, as if it was our fault our order was sent out wrong. The service there is always bad. The only reason we went there is because the mall location had a long wait, and this location never seems to have a wait. It's no wonder why. We won't be going back. Next time we will wait at the mall location.

Yeah for T-Mobile Tuesdays, with free small snack with all sorts of side sauses. Very pub friendly atmosphere. Prefer the boneless wings which ate not the half price wings on Tuesday, so have to come again on Thursday. Happy hour 2 to 7pm with a bud light special.

By far the worst bww I've ever been to. We are 0 for 3. The Sunday morning football bartender is the worst so we started sitting in the dining room and both times we were waiting forever for less than subpar service. This time we were waiting to be greeted by the host who was too busy in conversation with the manager so at least we know where the staff gets it. It's unbelievable. And literally we order 1 large boneless mild to split and an appetizer. We are not difficult customers.
