Our first time here was lunch and the server was nice but not quite attentive. We are here now and Gigi is our server and not only did our order come out wrong, she didn't talk to us until halfway through our meal. Being a previous server, I know the rule is 2 bites or 2 minutes. Not satisfied with the bartenders here. And not to mention she was on her phone the whole time. I'm not even allowed to have my phone in view at my work! So unprofessional.

The food is good and their wing sauce is amazing. The service is always horrible. Takes forever for a server to show up and once we ate we had to send another to find her so we could pay our bill. It was slow on a Sunday afternoon. Our server had no other tables in the dining area. This isn't only at this one location. This has been a constant experience at every single location I've been to in Northern Virginia. If the sauce wasn't so good, I'd never go back.

The host was cool. Service? We were there for 20min never met our server. No water. Terrible won't be back, definitely won't recommend this place. By the way these reviews look management seems negligent.

The food is consistent. But the tables are frequently sticky and the service is not great.

Terrible waiting time... run by a bunch of younger kids... Ordered 20 wings today and when I opened the box once I got home, I found out that it was all Drumettes and not a single Wingette which are actually my favorite :(, didn't even bother to go back since I leave far out and I was hungry.... didn't enjoy my wings this time though
