I decided to write this place a good review for their customer service & amazing staff.  General manager Eugene & host Alex were awesome! Eugene went above & beyond to help me with a super large order for work! This man is super organized and detailed, made my job easier! Alex was patient and helped with my rewards sign up...oh & loading my car! Thanks guys, you're the best.

they forgot me today at outdoor area and i waited more than 35m for the service bit no one come. very bad service. i cant wait more...and went away. this place is really shocked !!!

Good food, don't take long to bring your food out, although service has been less than great at times and that's putting it politely. Still great though.

ordered boneless wings and got nothing but traditional, someone in that kitchen clearly cant read boneless wings, very disappointed with this...never had trouble at other Bdubs.

Food was good (what you expect when going to BW3.) But we had a great waitress (Celine) that made our dinner that much more enjoyable.  It's newer store so cleaner.
