For some reason, every time I’ve come here the food has made me feel a bit ill. So I’ve stopped coming. Maybe it’s just me. But outside of that, the wait for the food has been long. The staff members are nice but don’t really go out of their way to help you. And when you need a refill or anything else, you have to stop the waiter/waitress to ask. They don’t stop by and check while you’re eating.

If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered carry out here recently and not only did they mess up my order and take 50 min when they said 25 min but the cashier stole from me and wrote a 5 dollar tip in. I wasn’t able to fully fill it out cause my18 month old was being fussy so the cashier took advantage of that and wrote her self a tip. I contacted management and they basically brushed me off and said I can have a $10 credit next time I go in. I don’t care about the $5 I more care about that the manager didn’t assure me this person would be disciplined and basically implied he can’t do anything cause I don’t have a receipt. I said I won’t come back again and he was basically fine with that, so am I now even though I order carry out about 3x a month from here. Also I find it hard to believe he can’t look the order up without a receipt number.

Atmosphere is good, servers are great but only go to this place if you have at least 1 hour to spare. Their service is really slow. There online ordering is the worst, they kept us waiting for extra 30mins.

Normally don't write reviews but me and my friends' experience warranted it. I'd give them the benefit of doubt and say they were understaffed, but when it takes nearly 3 hours from beginning to end its difficult to say the service is good. It took us 50 minutes to get seated despite them saying it would only take 20-25. After finally getting seated we immediately ordered drinks AND food which took close to an hour to arrive (for food). We were warned that food could take up to half an hour to arrive, but double that time is just ridiculous. It also took us nearly 25 minutes just to figure out our checks and had the orders very scrambled as well as them mixing up our cards. If you're looking for a sports bar I'd recommend a place that doesn't have such horrible management and poorly-trained staff.

Always under staffed, never expect to be seated or served in a timely manner. In desperate need of new management.
