Worst trip to B-Dubbs ever!!!! Tables and floors were filthy, order took almost an hour to arrive for 4 people and was actually wrong when it finally arrived. The waiter was slow and reeked of smoke. When we asked for more drinks he actually took our glass and refilled it instead of bringing a new one. One TV was turned up so loud that we could not even carry on a discussion during diner. Absolutely awful!!!!

The servers we've had are great, but hosts leave something to be desired. It's a much better experience dining in than grabbing take-out. Picking up an order seems to throw them for a loop. Not the best location I've been to as far as service, but the food is reliably good.

The food was good. Service was very slow. 15 minutes for drinks, 40 more minutes for food. The server was nice, but overwhelmed. Tables are left dirty for a while before bussing. Needs new management and better efficiency.

This place is good at times, when they can actually cook, we ordered the pretzels for an appetizer. When they arrived the pretzels were still frozen. Ordering drinks we like the sodas without ice, every one of them came with ice. Tried the buffalo mac-n-cheese but it isn't what you're hoping for. It's greasy but it's editable. You can't go wrong with their onion rings and southwestern ranch sauce - yum yum! Their burgers are frozen patties but are good. It's a sports bar so you get what you get!

We walked in and waited 10 minutes to be seated in a building that was half full because the woman seating wasn't at the entrance. When she finally decided to do her job, we were seated at a booth and waited 25 minutes with no waitress. People were talking and joking and working all around us. We even spoke up to a woman and she walked right on by not even looking at us. Finally my husband went back up to the woman to ask why we didn't have a waitress. She then said that it was because no one was assigned to the table and that she would find someone. She brought us waters, did not apologize that we just wasted 35 minutes and said she would grab someone to serve us. 10 minutes later, the seater was no where to be found and we had enough. We won't be eating at Buffalo Wild Wings anymore. Terrible service with rude, uncaring, and dim witted people. Please someone take care of this problem. If that's a typical occurrence I don't know how the doors could still be open.
