Used to love coming here, well not anymore after waiting for 20min. I had to go find someone to see who our waitress is so we can order our drinks and food. I'd be more understanding if it was packed. Luckily my son kept himself busy with the game pad. Very disappointed and don't plan on coming back.

3rd visit was last night.. our first few experiences were good.. last night was not at all joyful.. we waited forever for our appetizer that we ordered before ordering water.. we were told at 1130 last call for the bar was in 10 mins before we even got our first drink.. wow the bar should be open until close.. the food we ordered came out cold and my salad was all limp leaves.. we both sent our food back.. by the time we got fresh food we weren't hungry anymore.. we will continue to go to our regular spot..

3 stars because this was only the first time this happened.

Not sure this is a good lunch place yet.  Tried to visit with work associates recently and even though everyone was ready it took multiple rounds to get drinks, food, checks, etc.  Napkins, veggies and drink refills were hard to come by.  More assertive and attentive wait staff would probably help (our server was working hard but not very efficiently) - fortunately that's something staff-wide training could address.

Wings are OK, this is more of a review of the service. We were not told that there were "double your wings" for Tuesday, we had to ask. Several people were unable to finish their food because drinks were not being refilled (spicy) and their carrots and celery game was not on point. It was lunchtime and No one was there, but with a table of 8 you'd think we could get some service. She was nice, but just seemed disorganized. Feels like a management issue more than her problem. She needs training. 
Good fries.

This place is super lucky is the only one around me. Service is just the worst, especially for takeout. I mean you walk in and there's a line of 5 people and there's boo one at the register. Then they add sombrero be who can only take cash so you have to wait for someone with a drawer to show up. You can call ahead or pace an order online all you want but its never do be on to be our they leave it in their warmer box while you sit around so your food is cold. Dining is no better, I get a free fast break lunch everyone they're so freakin slow. As I write this review there's four people waiting for food and three parties waiting to be seated. They should really just fire everyone here, retrain them, or tear this place down. This is like the 7th tone this had happened. Finally deciding to write a review.
