Excellent customer service and food. The franchise has the freshest wings I've ever tasted. The drinks are cold and fresh as well, no bitter-stale beer, just a nice crisp taste as it should be. Keep it up!

First off, I am very happy with the quality of food and friendliness of staff. The wings were cooked just as I asked, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The price was good given it was 1/2 price wing day, but I'm not sure the regular price is a fair one based on what other businesses in the area, who may not have as many flavors but the quality is comparable, charge. The reason for 3 stars and not more was the accuracy of the order and issue with website. I got a large order of wings (which nowhere on the website could I find how many that is supposed to be), when I researched on Google the two answers that came up both said 20. When I went to pick up my order, first I was given an order that wasn't mine, but had my name on the ticket? I didn't look at it, so I don't know if that is just what she told me or if there was another me ordering from there that day. The friendly take-out server got it rectified quickly, and I was on my way. When I got back to my office and opened the containers (four containers for four different sauces), I noticed that there were only four per box. I called the store, and the take-out server said she thought it was 19 for a large (weird number, most places it's 20), but when the manager came on I was told it is 18 per order. She said I was obviously short if I had 16, so generously offered a free snack-size order the next time I come in (since I wasn't going to drive back there from work). Overall, three stars is a decent rating...almost gave two but was on the fence and don't want people to thing this is a bad restaurant, they just need to fine tune accuracy in the kitchen (and maybe have corporate be a bit more transparent on the menu so far as quantity/description of the food.

The food here is pretty good but the service could be better. Their waitress's could be rude sometimes and pretty forgetful. I understand they have other tables but some of them don't even write down our orders.

My husband, my kid, and I walked in around 2PM on Sunday. The dining area and bar appeared fairly empty. We were greeted by the hostess. She asked where we would like to sit and we said in the dining area, but it didn't really matter. She said it would be a minute and she seemed confused. She walked away and then came back to look at the seating chart; told us it would be a few minutes. Another family (party of 5) came in behind us. The hostess greeted them and promptly told them it would be a minute. She walked over to the area where you pick up to go orders and stood there talking for a minute or so. After 5 minutes of the hostess walking around and looking confused, she told us it was going to be another few minutes because the waitress had to deliver drinks. We said never mind and left. I understand BW3 could be short staffed or some other reason, but why have us stand there for over 5 minutes? Why have two families stand in the front doorway as people were trying to walk past us to leave or us the rest room? There were plenty of tables available (there were 4 parties between 2-4 people in the dining area, a few parties outside and some in the bar area). All we wanted to do was sit; allow us to sit and communicate it would be a few minutes. Unfortunately, BW3 lost our business today and we don't plan on going back.

Had a large "soccer ending" party with a ton of separate checks. Our team mom planned ahead and they managed extremely well!! All wait staff seemed to be ready and managed really well. Thanks for a good experience! Had a storm while there and left to a rainbow. Cool!
