First time visiting this location, and was not happy! Waited a little bit to be seated and it was not busy! Then the manager comes over finally to seat my family, and then we get seated in sunlight and the shade was broke. My husband and I get up and goes to the hostess stand to be asked seated somewhere else, and that took them forever to figure that out for just two adults and a baby! We ordered water with NO lemon and the waitress puts lemon in our water. Then a waitress was talking about the situation of us moving tables in front of us! So unprofessional! Needless to say we got up and left! They don't even deserve a star.

Either decent food and service or absolutely terrible food and service. It's a gamble I don't take anymore. Can't remember the last time they were consistent

Horrible service. Drinks weren't delivered, including our water... every beer we asked for they were out of, and when we went to the bar to order our own drinks once we got fed up, we were told it has to be told to waitress... after waiting 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. I love bdubs, but NEVER again. We aren't even eating... We're actually leaving as I write this review.

I had someone in my group ask unnecessary amounts of questions about their blazin wings challenge. The waitress was really patient though I gotta hand it to her I'm serious. The wings here are very good, they area to die for

Saw that others have had the same bad experience i have had. On top of it being next to dead in the store between 3pm and 4pm, they ignored me at the counter for 8mins. When someone finally walks up, im stopped halfway through my order so she could answer the phone. Then walks away to get someone which takes 2 more mins. Apparently someone calling takes importance over someone who comes to the restaurant.
