Went for Veterans Day and our server was wonderful. He took great care of us and always checked on us. Our service was quick and we didn’t have to wait long at all. We went a bit early before the crowds came in so it was nice and quiet. The food was well cooked and flavorful. Can’t wait to go back again!

My husband and I went here today for lunch and it was so good. The waitress was very attentive and polite..we ordered off the Fast Break Menu, which means your meal comes in 15 minutes or it's free. We got our order exactly 15 minutes after we ordered..it was very good. Will definitely order that way from now on.

We ordered online and showed up when they said it would be ready. Once we got there everyone was very friendly which is why they got 2 stars. Unfortunately like most the other reviews the time it took to get our food was ridiculous. We ended up waiting almost an hour past when we showed up and almost 2 hours since we ordered. I would have understood if it was a lot of food but had we not already paid we would have just left. Dont bother coming here if you have any plans for the day, because you'll just end up wasting the day waiting on cold food because it wasn't remotely close to hot. Sorry to say but they should probably fire the manager in the back in charge of the cooks, and get someone in there who knows how to get people moving...scratch that. We got back and they couldn't even get the order right. I want to give them 0 stars.. Because seriously.. How is this place even still open.

Pretty much consistently the worst service of any Bdub's I've been to, ever, anywhere.  It is actually renowned for it locally. But, the lack of options in this small military town coupled with plenty of beer(which is hard to do wrong) ensures that it stays open.  After all, here I am.

First off our waitress was very nice. Second we received our appetizer in a timely manner. Our food, not so much. People who had sat down after we finish our appetizer received their food before we did. Once our food did come out it was Luke warm. And my sons burger some how disappeared (was told that his meal would be comp since he had to wait) so he had to wait 10 more minutes to receive that. My boneless wings and my daughters were rock hard. I had told my waitress I did not want these and did not want to wait another 20 mins to receive fresh ones. My waitress told me she would take care of it and get it taken off our bill. She came back and was told by Brian the manager that he would not take it off only give us a 20% discount and still had to pay for my sons burger. Very rude!  I barely even ate two wings. This was our first and last time ever going to this Buffalo Wild Wings. The manager was very rude and poor. Would not recommend any one ever going here!
