I have been using Buffums Safe and Lock for years.  They consistently provide good, reliable service at fair prices.  I like that they have a brick and mortar location, which I have used many times.  I have also used their service technicians for work on my home and business.  They are my "go to" when it comes to lock and safe work.  It is a local small business I am happy to support.

I used Buffums to rekey my house and have some keys made. The guy on the phone was very friendly and helpful when scheduling my appointment. The technician showed up in the time window he gave me and got the job done quickly. He was professional and answered all of my questions. I was very happy with my overall experience with Buffums.

They are good guys. Very knowledgeable, and helpful. The guys in the shop are nice and easy to work with, and the mobile guys are just as good. Fair prices and good service. He even helped me get back in my truck when I locked the keys inside. Got me back on the move in no time!

Knowledgeable, courteous, and professional are the words I would use to describe Buffums Safe and Lock.  Levi was wonderful to work with and walked me through the process.  He provided some great insight in terms of different levels of security, and some regulatory items.  I would definitely use them again.
