Just like the saying goes don't judge the book by its cover, same goes for this office...Don't judge this doctor by her front office staff. The front office staff could use a course in customer and patient services and the wait was a little long, but that has nothing to do with Dr. Buhay. Dr. Buhay has a good caring beautiful heart and cared and treated my mother like she was her mother, and took time with us to explain everything and answer any questions we had. First impressions are important, the staff impression was bad, but the first impression of Dr. Buhay was amazing!

Great Doctor, friendly and serious staff. Plus, we have worked on my medical conditions and are finding solutions.

Horrible horrible horrible. Staff is horrible and doctor will make an appointment for you just to see how you are. I was told she couldn't help me without her even looking at my MRI that she didn't request, but brought.  

Without even lookijg at thr MRI she said I didn't have a rheumatoid disease although I ALL the classic symptoms for it. After Dr. Buhay told me to check other possiblities from my Primary doctor, which I already had and was the reason for my visit in the first place, she told me she wanted to see me to make sure the other doctor had done other tests. I have to come back to see her to let her know if the other doctors have done the tests. This could easily be checked with a simple phone call... but I guess doctors can't bill insurance companies for simple phone calls. 

I most definitely will be getting a second opinion from a rheumatologist that actually cares to look at xrays and MRIs before diagnosing.

I've been going to Dr. Buhay since 2004, she is the best Dr. She take time to explain everything to me, 
My blood test always up to date, I will recommend her to all people that needs rheumatology  doctor.

I had my first visit with Dr. Buhay yesterday and she was so kind and understanding.  She also took the time to explain my illness to me and to also explain what blood testing she was ordering and why..wonderful manner I would definitely recommend to anyone needing an excellent Rheumatologist!
