Had a small back up from main drain in basement, wasn't sure what to do. Talked with Wes and told me what to do. Sent out Ted and he was Great! On time, walked me thru everything, knew what he was talking about. Didnt pressure me in my decision. Very reasonable price! I was worried and he totally put me at ease. He did what he had to do and cleaned up after. Would recommend to everyone! Thank you!!

Here within the Hour!  They've replaced my Hot Water Heater, Sump pump and now the garbage disposal. Plus other problems thru-out the years. Prices are super reasonable! I've been their customer since Wesley was a part time, one man shop. Now that he's expanded he hasn't skipped a beat with Fantastic service!

We called with a minor leak in our basement, and he was so helpful! Since it was such a minor thing, he asked me to take a picture of it and send it to him...then he proceeded to walk my husband through how to fix it over the phone. No charge. I was blown away, since all the other plumbers we talked to immediately said it was $75 for them to come and LOOK at the leak. This situation taught us that they have integrity - not going to over charge us for something that could be fixed over the phone in 15 minutes. We will be calling them for all our future plumbing needs, and referring all our friends here as well. Plumbers are a lot like car repair shops...you just never know... So once you find someone who's honest and helpful, stick with them forever. :-)

Quick, friendly and reasonably priced. Dean answered all of our questions and gave us a couple of options. We found our new favorite plumber.
