We now have an amazing bathroom! (It was a disaster.) Jason listened to what we were wanting, expressed his experiences, and gave us some great ideas which turned into an amazing and useful bathroom. The experience was almost painless (we did go without the room for a few days - but not too long) as Jason and crew completed the project in the time-frame estimated. We will ask Jason to work on any and all home remodeling projects we have.

Contacted them initially by phone and they told me I had to submit a quote form to get an estimate, they wouldn't go over anything with me over the phone. So, I then submitted the generic quote form on their website, asking about having a couple different jobs estimated out for me. They responded by a short email saying simply and quite rudely that my price range would be a waste of their time. It forces you to select one of the offered price ranges on the quote form, so I selected one. I had meant the price range for one of the jobs, not for all of the jobs mentioned in the comments.

We used Built by Grace for smaller projects (including hanging a light fixture and replacing our front door) prior to hiring them to completely remodel a bathroom. Communication prior to the start date was very good - they are very responsive. Once the project started, they showed up exactly on time every day and were very professional. Each morning, they reviewed with us their plans for the day to make sure their plans matched what we were expecting. They also cleaned up at the end of each day. 

As for the quality of their work, it was wonderful. They took great care to do really great work with quality materials, which is not something I can say for any other contractor I've worked with. The tile work done in the shower was beyond my expectations. Overall, doing business with Built by Grace was a far better experience, with a far better outcome, than anyone I have worked with before.

Friendly staff and professional, experienced workers.  We needed some exterior work (stucco) done on our house and could not have asked for a better experience.  Quick open communication and fair priced!  Thank you!
