I was experiencing some technical difficulties with one of the washers. The person on duty didn't bother to help me. So I asked him for my money back and he wouldn't give it to me. But he let someone else use the washer and helped them out. I will never come back here to do any business here. I feel that was wrong for what he did and not only to add he said he heard the washer and saw me having trouble.

Never experienced a problem. Some of the washers are broken but the ones that arent work really well

Over half of the washers are broken, and ALL of the big ones are broken.  I came here to wash my comforter, but could not.

Plenty of machines. Wash, dry, fold services for $1.00/lb.
