12 yrs ago I lived down the block and we used to stop for a great beef then walk over to Gina's for a nice lemon Ice on a hot day!
Moved out of state for 12 yrs ago but now we are back and Bouna was at the top of the list!

I was shocked that Buona was totally dead during what should be the lunch rush.
Three customers and us. One old guy with an oxygen tank. Two ComEd electricians on lunch and us. Manager and two staff behind the counter, three waitresses and a kitchen guy that came out to fill an ice machine. 
Now I understand why Buona should close the door.

What garbage the MANAGER (of all people) served us.
One wet Beef, one chicken, both with fries.
My beef was not what I remembered and my fries were uneatable! Old and stale.
I left the whole plate of them!
My wifes chicken was bland but her fries were just made!
What moron would serve the same table stale and fresh fries?
Understand NO ONE else went through the line the whole time we waited for her fries to cook.
I've worked in many a restaurant in my youth and know a mistake from a "this is how I do things". This was no mistake by the manager.
To me it says Buona's days are numbered if this is the kind of staff they now employ.
