The staff member who worked with me reprimanded me a lot.  I had trouble understanding her as she spoke very softly, and quickly.  She would become angry when I misunderstood her, chastising me, "I didn't ask you that!"  She also reprimanded me for placing my jacket, and purse on the floor when I was taking my vision test, (there was no where else to put it.)  I almost felt as though I needed to calm her down, and de-escalate her.  The whole time that I was interacting with her, I felt very confused, and disrespected.  I've never been treated this way at any BMV before, and plan to avoid this BMV location from now on.

I found them very efficient; a worker takes her cart and preps each person waiting getting them ready with forms etc. The pink and black decor makes it pleasant to the eye not so sterile.   Great job I'm usually in and out of here quickly.

Been coming here for years and am always very satisfied when I leave here. Great, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are always very quick and efficient even when it's very busy, but they still take the time to converse with you and make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible! Would defiantly recommend this bureau to anyone!

Impressive BMV. It's not easy marrying efficiency and politeness, but this bureau did it seamlessly. 

When I walked in, I was concerned about a wait: there were more than 20 people waiting. I pulled a number but was promptly called after four minutes. Ruth was very polite but fast yet I did not feel rushed. Before I knew it, I was walking out the door. 

A model bureau that other bureaus should follow.

Every time I go to this BMV, it's very fast! Never a long wait. Best BMV to me.
