I am new to the base and decided to give BK a shot for a quick bite cleanines of the place Ok. Service slow at best!!! My ticket was 46 and 33 was called LOL.but what really grinded my gears I got charged extra for heavy on the onion and tomato minus pickles on a Whopper Jr. So you got charge .60 extra and then the lettuce, onion and tomato looked and felt like all were cut last Friday before closing time! I don't even bother to contact the manager in site. I just put my BK Jr in the trash and went to the shoppette across the street to get a couple tornados...so don't spend your hard earned money and go somewhere else. BK you just lost a faithful customer since 1987. So kids stay in school and don't do drugs!!!

Looked at their closing hrs. It stated they CLOSE at midnight. but they often close 4hrs early almost everyday. BurgerKing is supposed to be serving United States Soldiers. My guess is that there employees have become complacent and have forgotten who their guest are. Rushing to leave and go home. I'm tired as a soldier living in FORT Polk having businesses close early for their convenience. If you don't want to serve United States Soldiers then dont bother being on base. McDonalds States their hrs and honors there open to close shifts. Maybe we should stop having Burger Kings on base and have McDonald's instead.

Store is clean from what I've seen, but service is on the up and down through the week! There are different people working the counter when i go inside sometime you get someone who has an attitude and sometimes you get someone really sweet ! Drive-thru is slow but i can understand the lunch time rush !

Can't read and can't count. Asked for a 10 piece nugget and got 9. Ask to dine in and gave me a to go bag. Bad staff lead by a bad manager. Then while you sit down to eat they make you move your vehicle.

I sat in the drive through for about 30 minutes and they never took my order. They had two ordering microphones and I stopped at both of them for a good while but the line was to long to just keep sitting there so I pulled forward and they got the girl behind me order and asked her twice if they had taken her order. I finally pull up to the window and the girl named Evelyn ask what I had and I told her what happened and with an attitude she responds "ok we'll want do you want to order then" I told her my order then when it's ready she says there you go and practically throws my food at me. Not even apologetics she never once apologized for what happened she had a attitude the whole time as if it was my fault she didn't take my order? That's ridiculous I'm glad I waited 45 minutes for cold food and some girl with an attitude. That's really unacceptable I don't know how this girl works in a job that's revolved around customer service but couldn't even manage to do that correctly.
