I drove to Burger King since the MacDonald's down the street was being renovated. They took at 45 sec to a minute for them to say hello on the drive-thru speaker. I ordered a #9 a crispy chicken sandwich. A man was cleaning the drive through during lunch hour. I pull up to get my order and there wasn't the usual pleasant greeting. In addition they were all playing, goofing around with one another and not looking like employees on shift. Paid no mine to me and only themselves. I get back to my office and realize they gave me the wrong sandwich, everything else was correct except for the sandwich. They gave me the chicken Parmesan chicken sandwich. I am assuming someone else got their order wrong as well and got my sandwich. I had to drive back and I waited the drive thru line. After I explained I got no sympathy or proper apology that you would expect from a Burger King employee. The girl that looked to be the manager their in that shift expressed how shes leaving the job. Might explain her lazy attitude. I checked my sandwich quickly before driving off, since there was a huge line behind me, and it seemed fine so I drove back to work to finally eat. I get ready to eat my sandwich and there is no tomato. Which is one of my favorites thing in my sandwich. I checked online to make sure I wasn't mistaken, and yep! I confirmed they left it out. I was not going to drive back again for that. One of their famous slogans is "have it your way" and that did not happen! I also saw a sign saying they were a franchisee. Hopefully Burger King wont lose their value, reputation and name for locations like these.

At least the times I've been there the employees are attentive, welcoming and prompt.

This burger king isn't bad at all. It has all the food options I've come to expect from burger king - even a working smoothie machine most of the time. There is one thing you won't find here, and that is great customer service. The employees all laugh and joke with one another, and they mostly focus on their own things. Of course, coming to burger king, I don't expect to be blown away by some theatrics. My interactions with the employees have been very professional and straight to the point, so their lack of interest in the customer doesn't affect my decision to come there at all. I just want to eat my food and go on about my business, so if you're like me, you won't be disappointed by this place.

Service is good NEW menu items fun to try (eg) cheetos Mac n cheese, lucky charms shakes and not to mention 79 cents hot dogs ....can't beat that !

Look at the slice I got from this particular burger king, these people couldnt be any cheaper then this. I'm just so disappointed and this wasnt even the first time. I dont recommend this burger king to anyone
