We went there this morning and the lady was not patient and very rude.. there was a line and we waited patiently for 25 mins for our food and by the time we reached the window and got out food the lady was still rude and the hash browns weren't cooked all the way and my husband was upset for that because bk isn't cheap! and then it wasn't what he ordered so we turned back and the same lady was beyond rude and getting nasty and when she finally fixed our order she slammed the window in our faces and continue to ignore my husband when he yelled excuse me but she continued to stand with her back facing us. Now that kind of behavior was unacceptable whether she needed a smoke break or go in the back and count to ten to cool off she should have more patients with paying customers!! We had our children in the car who saw everything and my son asked why was that lady with the "pink" hair so mean!! What if we were a investor for bk... If you work in the customer service field you know what your getting into be more patient with customers especially when they are paying!! Never will return to such treatment!!

Everybody need re trained. Steady mess up my order. I spend my whole lunch break holding up the line until after the 4 time my order is right... EVERYTIME. Not to mention stank attitudes, you chose that job.

Nice employees most of the tables were dirty though nowhere to sit had to wipe my own space

Fastest fast food in town. The service is excellent and the food is served as it should be. When my friend said the Lucky Charms shake tasted gross, they gave her a free Oreo shake to replace it. The whopper is way over priced as are a number of other menu items, but that is on corporate not this particular store. As far as Burger Kings go, this is a good one.

Ordered a Whopper with cheese, no pickles and a double cheeseburger, only ketchup. Got a Whopper with cheese with pickles and a regular cheeseburger with all the condiments. They did remake the sandwiches, but they were cold. The cheese was physically cold, not melted in the least. When I pay $17 for a meal for 2, I'd at least like it to be correct and hot. Very disappointed.
