The staff is friendly and the food is fast food level.

The business could really use a remodel. It seems clean but dated.

Bicycling:. Waukegan Road is horrible for cycling. The advantage for the business is there is outside eating.

Been going there for 20+years. Service is usually speedy, staff is great. If you want a fresh flame broiled whopper you gotta ask for it and have a couple of minutes of patience. Usually you get a lukewarm cooked patty that has been sitting in a heated compartment.

Food is good, however, unfortunately like most fast food places, our order gets messed up quite often.

I never take the time to review any place let alone a fast food place but I have been coming here for lunch for quite some time and the staff is honestly the nicest people ever. They always greet me with a smile and a compliment and sometimes that's all you need to make a bad day better. The food is always fresh and hot. Thank you guys for the wonderful service and experience every time!
