I've been here before when it was not too clean and the employees were not attentive (a kid came off the street and filled his water bottle with pop and left.. no employees were around so he got away with that)  but this particular visit was much better. Clean and the employees were very courteous. Good work.

Was written up after having a panic attack. Then was written up for interrupting the greeting. They made it out like I was rude and inconsiderate to everyone. They do have nice people working there. Most of the crew  and like 2 mangers but that was before i quit.  The store is falling apart from the people who work there to the building itself. I don't know why they're trying to save it. Its not worth the money.

The assistant manager named Barry at this store is very unprofessional. He claims my friend was not allowed in the store but when asked for some written documentation supporting his bogus claim he could not produce any. He is verbally abusive towards customers and co-workers and was caught smoking inside the restaurant

I feel sorry for the people employed at this BK. The notorious manager wannabe named JenniferButler was transferred...for the 7th time for you guessed it...customer and co-worker complaints has crash landed at this BK location. She has stolen money from the cash draweres at the North Olmsted BK in June 2016 then framed four employees forcing them to quit. How does that big monster keep getting work? It's as though BK has a similar policy as the Catholic Church does regarding what to do with pedophile priests...keep moving them around/transferring them. The crew members here are hard working, the place is clean so its a tragedy that Butler has been transferred yet again to this location. Berea BK had her escorted out, as did the North Olmsted BK, the West 110 BK, the Middleburg Hts BK, the BK on Denison & West 67th, and the Parma BK on Ridge *she was written up for theft there as well as in N Olmsted*. My heartfelt condolences go out to each and every BK employee that has had the misfortune of having been in the past or is currently being forced to deal with this horrible excuse of a human being. Shame on you Darlene (at Corporate) for knowingly and willingly to allow that awful woman to continue making BK a hostile work enviornment for its employees. I have never been and am not employed by BK. I'm a customer who is telling the facts and giving a 100% proven factual review.
