I am a chef and I understand this is fast food. Generally BK is a preferred greasy grab n go. But in no way is a burned, dry chicken sandwich acceptable to serve. Neither is complaining and grumbling about not being able to slap it all together or having to remake something you didn't even give darn about making the first time. Very unsatisfactory place to eat.

It's a BK I don't know what your expecting I really only go here when there is a bus full of kids at the McDonald's next door. But let's be real BK fries are fire. The staff here is generally nice and the facility is clean, and I've never been stabbed so thats nice.

First visit to this branch (we are from Montpelier), and I have to say that the establishment was sparkling clean (down the the restrooms), very welcoming and the food was fabulous. BEST BRANCH YET. Drive thru experience, this was a winner! I usually like to take a moment to look at the menus, as I don't frequent these places enough to remember or know the meal choice options. Thankfully, once again I was not holding up a line, and got a very friendly female voice willing to wait while I looked, then patiently answer my questions on a couple items while a chose my dinner. I did ask once more, because I didn't remember how long ago it was I was there if they now are taking phone NFC payments such as Apple Pay or Samsung Pay. (They are not) I held off asking if they put napkins in my bag, I found them bt quick peak and unlike another Fast Food with golden arches, I have to say, I have not been disappointed with the amount of French fries, or the ability to have any or enough napkins available when needed. Prices were very reasonable compared to my last trip to some place down the street last week that has no drive through service. Boy are those five guy's a little expensive compared to here and these fries are much better tasting. I have been coming to this location for over 15 years or longer I bet. I like the inside since they remodeled but seldom am I stopping to go inside when drive thru is more convenient for me. What more can you say?
