The worst Burger King I’ve ever visited. They try to cheat you by overcharging when on drive through. Once they charged me $9 for a burger and fries. Fortunately i realized it before I left. Also they don’t give you napkins unless you ask for it! Isn’t it a basic necessity? Fries are cold most of the times!

Food is hot, mostly fresh. It seems like I got the bottom of the fry bin, because I was stuck with a munch of small fries this go around. The dining room was clean, however the drink station could use some cleaning. The ketchup station was lacking the small cups.

Worst customer service for fast food in the area. The person taking my order wasn’t aware of the ingredients on their sandwiches. I sat at the order screen after the cashier said one moment for 4 minutes until I pulled up to the window because there was no response. Payed for 2 meals, one a double and wasn’t given either of my fries and had the completely wrong sandwich, wrapped in what was supposed to be my actual orders wrapper.

The customer service here was atrocious. I ordered a combo, and it was typed in as a burger only. When I asked about it, the server Fadumo was adamant that it wasn't her fault, did not even offer to ask if I wanted to make it a combo or correct the order, she just threw some fries at me and ignored me there after. Her manager was right there, didn't even bother to correct her or her attitude toward a customer. I dont expect Burger King to be a fancy place to eat, but at least get the order correct and treated like a human being.

Ariana and lashaya were so rude i went in today ( January 3 2018 at 7:30pm ) ariana was rolling her eyes everytime i tried to order something like it bothered her and lashaya rolled her eyes and looked at ariana laughing when i asked for 1 more ranch both don’t know how to act at work they kept laughing and playing around just stared at me while i was eating i felt uncomfortable should of went thru the drive thru i might of had gotten a better customer service thru there people at the drive thru looks like they know what they doing the managers there needa fix ariana and lashaya attitude cause it dont look cute
