Its ok I like the one in Rochester better food always seems to be better at the other one I gave it a 3 because the employees are nice so give them some credit

Had buttermilk crispy chicken and fries. The bun for the chicken was burned to charcoal, chicken was over fried and tough. The fries tasted like they had been fried in the same oil as the meats. Diet coke was good. Person taking orders was pleasant. Service slow. Been there once before when order was incorrect.

Went here one night this past week. It was terrible all around. The dopey tall white guy put ice in my coke (I asked for no ice) and gave me old unsalted fries. The black guy making sandwiches used the wrong bun. The best part is I was the only person there the whole times so it’s not like they had a dozen orders going on to confuse their simple minds. They just had the one. They finally fixed that crater by the drive through (the one you needed 4x4 to get out of) but still have plenty of holes in the rest of the parking lot for you to drive into.

This place is awful. I just now came with a group of 43 people I called this place an hour prior to give them a heads up (thought I was being nice) and the lady I spoke to said okay and hung up. I got there and they locked both doors and said the dining was closed, which she did not tell me that on the phone. I went up to the drive thru window and talked to the younger male and he admitted to closing because they couldn't handle 43 people. He then told me since 5 am they were short handed, again didn't tell me on the phone. This is awful customer service. BK just lost good money and I called corporate. This is not how you run a businesss. Those two working right now should be disappointed

Service was absolutely horrendous. The manager was super rude to us. They got our order wrong and blamed us for "not listening". That is not how a manager should be reacting. In my opinion she should be fired. I'm disappointed. Also, we were second in line and it still took 20 minutes just to take our order. This is very sad. The place was a disaster and their drink machine was completely run out of drinks. Never going back
