This is a Burger King that I'm not really impressed with and I've visited plenty. On the outside, the maintenance of the building is very enticing, but inside the place is not clean at all. Unfortunately, my experiences haven't been very good at this Burger King. The assistant manager is not friendly at all in the evening shift and there are no smiles when she's on shift, which tells me there might be a problem with her being a manager or shift leader. 

The food isn't hot and I've had to send my order back several times. With my to go orders I don't get any napkins,  utensils, and I've even been shorted my ranch, dressings etc.. plus no straws for drinks have been in the bag. The condiment station is never full nor is it clean. The bathrooms definitely need addressing as they are not clean at all either.

The last time I was in there the front end of the restaurant had been mocked with a sour mop so the stench and smell was terrible. I would say there's a lack of management all the way around.

Staff needs a little bit more training I can tell that they have been trained very well not their fault it's all in the training I forgot in a few food items on our order got a couple orders wrong but very clean place and you take it back up there and will definitely change it but like I said I think they need training that goes to management

It's another fast food restaurant. I like it better than McDonald's because they haven't reduced the amount of food, just raised the prices, that's all. McDonald's have done both reduced the portions and increase the prices.

The food here is pretty good compared to other fast food choices in the area.  The building could use some updating, but I prefer the classic design.

This place is hit or miss. They have a high turnover of employees. 7/10 visits they get something wrong with my order. Service can be slow at times even when there are very few customers waiting. Dining area is usually a mess. They do have the Coke machine with selectable flavors which I enjoy.
