I have waited at line for over 10 minutes and the employees did not see to care for its customers. I went to Subway after waiting for so long without any help at all.

This is the worst BK in Massachusetts.. Do not advertise being open until 12am and close at 11:32pm on a Tuesday. If you close at 11:30pm say that so people don't drive out of there way for nothing. Amateurs!
