Customers to this fast food outlet seem to prefer the multiple drive thru order stations rather than dining inside the large seating area containing many dining booths in addition to several single seats. Two large flat screen TVs in the dining room area seem to be always on and tuned to CNN or similar. Not enough caring employees to adequately take, handle, and serve customers' orders. Large parking area. Difficult to exit and enter on to westbound Grand River Ave. due to traffic conditions. Food quality generally is fair to good. Pricing seems a little high. This particular eatery seems to be unpopular with the general public.

They can't even make there dollar chicken sandwiches correctly I got two of them one was correct the other one had two bottom buns on it. How hard is it????

Ordered a meal with a BK coupon. Did not want a coffee and asked for a fountain drink instead. Was not told there was an upcharge to switch from coffee to fountain drink. They charged me for an additional $1.79 for a small drink. No consideration for not wanting a coffee.  I cancelled my order and went to another establishment.
