I didn't want to put any stars to rate at this time because up to now I only had but great things to say about this burger king, but the review will not post unless you rate it. There is a manager there named Jack who is wonderful with the customers and when he's there everything runs smooth. However, the last two times I was there were unpleasant. Today my order got messed up. They gave me two whopper juniors instead of chicken sandwiches and instead of going back to return it my son and I decided to eat it. Mine had a piece of paper stuck to the cheese and I almost ate it. I had to throw up. I Took a picture of it. This is the first time I don't get a receipt so I looked online and found the number. It went straight to the customer care and the lady said she would send me coupons as an apology. I kept emphasising that I just want management to know that this has been the best burger king up to now that I am seeing new staff members and they are not paying attention. They were also giving me a shake instead of the desert. I have a feeling that the managers Jack and the other gentleman that has also been a manager there for years, were not there today.

The hash browns did not have that nasty medicine taste most BKs usually have for some reason.. BUT they got my order wrong this visit plus left out a whole hash browns bag.

I always come here with my kids, employees are always smiling and really friendly, all areas are always clean and TV's on the walls in case you want to feel at home. We always enjoy our visits here.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, they really know what they are doing.

It wasnt busy yet the staff wasnt cleaning up. Tables and floor dirty, soda statiom dirty and poorly stocked. The room with playground smelled wet and musty. Floors and tables hadnt been wiped down.
