Was trying to give people old food! Had to ask for it fresh cause they had sandwiches just sitting there. Also didn’t get receipt back or my drink. Totally forgot about my drink cause I had to make sure my food was fresh. When I asked if it was fresh the cashier said “do you want it fresh?” Usually when I come everything is fine but they had no good customer service what so ever!

Good and bad experiences.. Mostly bad. Biggest complaint is orders are incorrect alot. Would like to see improvement then would change ratings

They always get special orders wrong on later then 5 pm and half the time half the orders are missing but the staff is nice

The girl taking drive thru orders was absolutely RUDE, got an attitude about a coupon that was $3 off. Then she only took a $1 & some change off the order. They forgot our fries, and when I went back to get them the boxes were not even close to being full and fries were cold. As well as the chicken fingers being hard as a brick. My 6 year old couldn't even chew them!!!!

My family just orderd three meals from the and got puled arounf front to supposedly wait on onion rings and 20 min later my girlfriend went inside to find out they didnt have any food cooked or ready so after another 15 minutes we got a refund to go somewhere else
