Beautiful and very friendly staff at this location! Fast service, and the food is always fresh! There are two ordering lanes at this location to speed things up and keep order! Your name is always taken at the drive thru and printed on your receipt. Great clean and family friendly location! Also located across from circle K!

The service was quick. I used a coupon from the local paper when ordering and they handled it with ease, and didn't make the experience take long like I've dealt with at other locations. The staff is polite and double checks if I need anything before pulling away. We have two locations in our area. They are about the same distance from my house, and I would prefer this one between the two.

Restaurant was clean, staff was nice and helpful, even making a few extra suggestions to our meal that made my family very happy and our dinner very enjoyable.

Wait was horrible for dine in. And it was only 2 double cheese burgers. No one has communication here, few things we weren't able to get on the menu as well. Sadly disappointed for burger king.

Really disappointed in the new Burger King in Palatka, FL. Walked my Down syndrome daughter into the line and waited our turn. One of the cashiers just stood looking at my daughter like she was some kind of space alien. When the other cashier finally took my order she screwed it up and then had the nerve to tell me to "calm down". I have worked in fast food over 20 years and have never had such bad service from a Burger King before. All it will take to get my business back is to have a little more respect for people with an extra chromosome and to repeat the order back! It's not rocket science!!
