I went through the drive through and ordered chicken Fries and a large fries. Which I had a coupon for $3 and added a drink which should’ve equal to $4.75. I pull up and gave the girl the coupon first so she could’ve discounted the food first. Which she  grabbed it and saw it and set it down on the table. Which I thought she already discounted the food and then I gave her my card. Long story short she didn’t discount my food and got all mad when I ask her about it and ask her to refund me the difference. It took 4 people to try to refund me. And finally the Manager step in and said she refunded me and everything it good... NOT WHAT HAPPENED! She Charged me three dollars more and I didn’t noticed until I got home... I pretty much paid $10 for my three things. Never coming back here.

I spent 5 minutes with two non English speakers trying to order a simple 2 for 6 meal. After going in circles trying to communicate with them I just left and went to A&W.

I have to wait 15 minutes to ORDER a burger during my lunch break because you clearly don’t know how to run your restaurant. Nah I’m good, I’ll go to Red Robin.

The last 3 times I've been here;

1. Drive thru closed, but their street sign said it was open.
2. Completely closed at 9 pm, but hours are listed as open until 11pm. 
3. Actually open, but my burger was cold.  

There is clearly a lack of adequate management or oversight. I have no idea how this place is even still around.

Take the overall low ratings as a sign and don't go here.

This place is barely ever open. I live just up the street and have tried to go here multiple times since moving here. They're open maybe 50% of the time. Just tried to stop in today at 1pm, but they were closed. On the rare occasion that they are actually open, the service is awful. Always rude, always slow. I have on gotten someone else's order on 2 separate occasions, which I'm not even sure how that is possible through the drive thru. Anyway, here's hoping that this store gets new management that actually knows how to run a business soon, or it just gets bulldozed and replaced with something better.
