The worst experience I've had at any BK in the country. Every hot item was cold, no where near flame broiler or fryer hot. I ordered ice only in a cup and got yuk more than ice so I dumped it. Never again will I visit this BK. It's rare to never that I give 1 or less star reviews, even if it's fast food.

This was one of the worst experiences I've had. I sat in the drive through for fifteen minutes before the car in front of me was even acknowledged. Service industry can be hard, but it isn't that hard to acknowledge someone and tell them it's going to be a few minutes.

Good food fast paste workers drive through never stops but wait times are not bad and food is fresh

Very very  slow. The guy prepared my food at the drive thru window set it there look at me and then prepared 2 more orders before ringing me out. My food was not hot.

Not always a nice crew, it's according to what time you go. Sometimes your food is cold and sometimes your order is not right. I'll ride out of my way to another one.

Order of large fries, nothing spilled in bag. They didn’t even say hello, have a nice day, or anything when pulling to window which was also rude/awkward.
