I have went by 2 Saturdays in a row and both times they have been “closed”. The drive thru and inside is listed to open at 5:30am. When I pull in to the drive thru there is usually two employees outside smoking. Then they promptly tell me they are closed and opening late. I will never go back to this location again. They obviously don’t care about business.

They have definitely made some major changes at this location. The employees seem to be better trained and more efficient. They were friendly and were able to get my order right on the first time. My food was hot and prepared relatively quickly. The restaurant seem to be clean and neat and in order. It was a little hot as the air conditioner did not seem to be working correctly however, it was working well in the children's play place and was extremely comfortable in there.  Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options  Dietary restrictions: They can accommodate dietary restrictions by request  Parking: Parking was plentiful and easy-to-navigate  Kid-friendliness: They have a wonderful play place that was nice and clean and well air-conditioned with tables that you could sit and eat at while your child  Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy for wheelchairs to navigate from the parking lot and throughout the restaurant all the way through to the restrooms

We ordered lunch. My husband ordered an unsweetened ice tea. Got home and it was sweet tea. I just drove back and asked to exchange it for what he ordered. The girl working offered no apology just poured a new one and gave it to me. I just got home… it’s freakin sweet tea.   Vegetarian options: I like the impossible whopper.

Anytime I have come here the place always looks closed. This morning I sat out the drive-through for five minutes nobody came on the speaker. I drove up to the window sat there for a while. Nobody came to the window to help so I just left. I don’t even know if this place is open today. Doesn’t seem like it.Service: 1/5

I went to work there for that minimum wage and the supposed to be manager stole 15 dollars out my drawer and they tried to say I did their very unprofessional and thieves I wouldn't advise you to work there my first day why would I steal 14 dollars don't make no sense but it's cool I'm done .Service: 1/5

Me and my wife visited this location all the time, today has been one of the worst visit ever, and feel something has to be done with manangers fussing with the guest like we aren't always right the manager said her name was sheneka.. I wasn't getting and extra fry and don't care what my wife is saying I literally stood at the counter listening to the Manager go on and on about a fry the cashier clearly didn't hear about the add on. We wasn't coming to get no free fries I was actually gonna pay for the fries but after hearing that manager go on about "We ain't Finna give out nothing free" so unprofessional I will never return again u just lost a customer. I visited around 11:10am today.

I’ve had a terrible experience here twice due to the extremely rude and incompetent staff. Not sure why I allowed there to be two occasions but there definitely won’t be a 3rd time. Even their manager is nasty and rude. Shame.Recommended dishesWhopper

We are from out of town and stopped here on our way out. So much flour on the bottom bun. I gave 3 stars because i could not eat it, but the rest of my family food was great! I just advise they check all the food before giving to customers.

I will never eat here again. The service is pathetic and the food is just as bad. I got the waffle sandwich, this is what they hand me. Completely inedible. It literally tasted 2 days old. Even though it was completely uncooked in the middle. It was so hard my false teeth came out of mouth. Disgusting

Horrible!!! I asked for a chicken sandwich with no Mayo ADD cheese!!! I got BURNT chicken and MAYO with NO cheese!!! Who does this? Avoid this place at ALL costs!!! Not worth a penny! I mean look for crying out loud! It wasn’t even busy when I went!
