Drive thru line was long during my visit but it moved along relatively fast considering. Associates were friendly with the contactless dervice due to Covid-19. They prepare my order to my specifications. The food was as an acceptable temperature, that's important to me because most of the time it's not hot enough. Overall this was a good experience.
So I just came home after doing 12 hour shift. It was rough in all the different categories possible. The girl that helped me at the drive-through Patrina says the name on the receipt The girl that helped me at the drive-through could tell I was not in the best mood, but when I left out of there, she had me feeling better about my entire night! You don’t get that much these days! Keep on with that beautiful personality your house!you got this! And thank you for making my short time there one well enough to write a review!
So you know most fast food places the manager is hiding and the high schoolers have reign. This location is a little different. They make it rain! For the customer's. Expediters are actually running the food out to the people waiting at drive-thru. I'm dining inside and just marveling at this machine run, apparently synthetic oil is used by the ever present management staff. I took advantage of the two whopper deal. I sorta accidently inhaled both burgers; yeah they were ultra fresh.
This use to be my favorite fast food place to eat in Reilly Rd, but over the last year to18 months the employees have really went down hill. Nobody cares if they get your order right and if they do screw it up they dont care to fix it. This is the last place i would recommend anyone eat especially if you want your order correct!!

My Husband loves to flame broiled taste so, when we go he's happy. The only thing I have a problem is everytime I order 2 or more combos they always have me pull up. I just don't understand why. Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp and 2 handicap parking spaces up front.
Ordered two whoppers one with extra lettuce and tomato when we got got to eat the bread on both whoppers were stale the bread was just falling apart to pieces and the bread was hard. I only left one star for review I will like for someone to contact me on a refund
Went through the drive thru, great service very friendly; however after eating the whopper meal hours later I was throwing up and other things for quite some time. Currently on the toilet as I have been for an hour.
