Had a very pleasant experience at Burger King on 1st Street. The manager was extremely nice, very helpful and kind. I had a lot of questions and asked for some extra things. And she helped me out and she did it right away. All other staff encounters were very pleasant as well. My food was nice and hot. The order was correct and the meal was great. Parking: 3 days parking lot. I couldn't even count how many spots. But I will update it next time there. It's a huge lot. Kid-friendliness: Burger king is always been kid friendly. They have the happy meals they hand out crowns. My daughter needs enough. You absolutely love it on the dine in or What's the drive thru because there's always a toy in there male or them.
First of all the people that work there are complete jerks... Secondly the food is always cold.. thirdly they ask you to pull up and wait I thought it was supposed to be fast food. And as I'm waiting the bums come up and start trying to bum money from me.. worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant and trust me I'll never come back.
The morning manager young female needs an attitude check. & if making food the way "the customer" wants is such a problem - maybe look for another line of work. I ordered breakfast - wanted the bacon extra crispy, which made the cashier give me an annoyed look. Sorry, I don't want soggy bacon. The manager young female catches attitude & said well it's already burnt. I asked for onion & mayo on my sandwiches - I wasn't heard of course cause the older cashier was too busy telling my bf to smile. Then instead of them adding the mayo & onions on my sandwich - I was given mayo packets & onions in a cup - & told to add it myself because the cook was new. Well, isn't this a learning experience?? I shouldn't have to build my own sandwich - because you don't know how to train properly. This burgerking needs better management. They need to train better. It's not hard to listen to a customer's order & make their food correctly.
Food poisoning! Went to this place last night. Got chicken wrap woke up throwing up went to hospital. Food poisoning will never go back to Burger King ever again. And when I tried to call back, they were completely unprofessional, and didn’t seem to care at all
Do not use the BK app for delivery. They will steal your money, and you never get your food. Have had this happen 2x, and it takes over 3 days to get a response and even longer to get a refund, and even that was a miserable experience.Food: 3/5
The food wasn't bad, but definitely NOT GREAT. But the reaustauant was disgustingly dirty ... They rarely EVER change their fry grease let alone clean the vat!!! Unless you like fried bugs in your onion rings... Find a different place to eat!!!Food: 3/5

Yesterday I didn’t get my change back so I went today and picked it up BUT I ordered a whopper no cheese no pickles plus 2 double hamburgers with no cheese and no pickles SO I get home started to eat the whopper here it has 5 pickles then I decided to open both double hamburgers and they each had 2 pickles. Pickles I can’t eat so I had to remove and wash my burgers down so I don’t get pickle juice. No I won’t be back again for anything and now I can see why my other family members prefer McDonalds
It's decent enough. U can't expect much knowing where it's located. The food is usually right. Service is trash though as of recent, but remains pretty clean. I think drive thru is way busier than inside the store whenever I've been there. Still my favorite coffee on the planet Vegetarian options: I think they still sell the impossible ... Not sure tho... Parking: Big lot, plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: They have it
Just wondering if you have to be slow to work here? Just spent my half hour lunch break waiting in line. Very dirty in there too. Tell the fattys lay off the food and tend to customers.Service: 1/5
