Order done perfectly and quickly. Great job team! Not many places you can buy 4 large burger meals with large fries and drinks for 25 bucks. Will definitely be back.
Excellent customer service from Czarina the store manager. She was amazing. Very pleasant, polite, accommodating and cordial. She turned a bad experience into a wonderful one. She made us feel special and because of her...we will be back to this location. Great job Czarina!Food: 5/5
Placed order through the app and on arrival they stated there is no order under the name. After a few mins they found the order when we insisted it was this location. Won’t bother ordering from here in the future if they can’t fulfill a simple app order.
Do not go to this place to spend your money each time I go there the service get worse .going to the driver through is hell .they have you sitting at the order box even when there's no one at the window. And if you say hello. The woman that's there make you wait longer . And them you you finally get to the window to pick up your food she takes her own sweet time to give you the food . Gas is way too expensive for me to be sitting at a burger king window for more than 15 minutes.
Ordered a veggie sandwich and my burger was undercooked and there was ketchup and mayo on top of my bun. Burger was a mess and fries were cold. Don't mind waiting just make sure you double check before giving out your food to your customers.
Literally the worst Burger King ever !!!! Took them three time to get my order right. I didn’t even customize my order , so I don’t understand why they struggled to make it so many times. I ordered drive thru and was asked to go around 3 times. Never had such bad service in my life!Food: 1/5
Whenever I order the butter chicken poutine and have it brought to me by skip the dishes, there is never butter chicken on it. Just a plain old poutine. On top of that I pay for extra bacon and cheese curds and I don’t get any of it… worst location by far please save your time and go to another location!Food: 1/5
worst burger King around, wanted a whopper and a chicken sandwich. lady said I could only get the whopper only or chicken sandwich only. asked for the manager and they still don't understand. it's either they need more training or just shut this place down.Food: 1/5
Burger was Good. French fries and onion rings are not up to the mark, having oily smell. Costly too.
Worst service ever. Denied because of shortage of inventory…this is a first I’ve heard. To the Burger King franchisor strongly recommend this place be reviewed this is a third time I have experienced this here. No other burger kings have this.
