I’m a longtime fan of whoppers however this time my whoppers tasted like old hamburger warmed over with one tiny slice of tomato, hardly and pickles or lettuce or sauce plus I asked for two large fries got one large and one small which tasted and looked like they were just taken from the freezer and warmed up.  Very disappointing. 7.50 for a hamburger and small fry, holy cow .

Bun was burnt. Drive thru speaker broke. Management wierd, food pretty much un-eatable.

Cold onion rings. They gave us ketchup when we asked no ketchup. Got the sandwich remade and they put it together sloppy with an attitude.  Update- I also got extremely sick after eating here, never again!

Just had worst experience when ordering throu this drive thru the operator at window for one was not well trained to handle rapid orders or to fully get the order when multiple repeats given and then no drink carrier management need a refresh on there jobs should no be this difficult when this cost 52.00 bucks

We waited 20 minutes in drive thru today with only 3 cars. Every meal was cold. Unfortunately I didn't have time to go back and request them to remake our food. Waste of $37 in food.

Four stars because they done have a changing table. Ended up changing a very poppy diaper on the dining table.....  Also, it looks like it hasn't been updated since 1998  Other Than that the service was great. Way better than the other burger King in Casper.  Fast professional service.

Every single time my family and I come here we always wait more then 15 mins for our food when there's no one else in the drive thru line. It's always the excuse of fresh food but half the time it's terrible and half the orders missing. This is the last time we give them a chance. Absolutely poor management and fast food services.

A good place for a quick bite to eat. Usually not too busy so I get my food fast. However last time, they took a little bit longer to make my food, but I didn’t mind and I didn’t complain. But they gave me more fries to make up for it anyway, which I thought was nice.

Quality and portion of food is horrible and insulting to us who spends $ for it. The "double" cheeseburger patties are now two-thirds the size of its bun my pic should be attached compared to their advertised burger. The wait time in line is insane. I'm very tempted to rate 1 star.
