The service was alright, but the food was not. Ordered a bacon burger king that's supposed to be two patties, cheese on both of them and a "hearty" amount of bacon. I barely got any bacon and cheese on mine, and the second patty is completely empty, devoid of anything.

I picked up a kids meal to take to my daughter for lunch at her school. The cashier was very rude. And then the meal looks disgusting. Not sure if this is flour or mold but I do know that this is not what a bun should look like. Never again. Yuck.

Burger King restaurant north of Houston Texas in the woodlands. On highway 1488. A new store lots of trees around the grounds and parking lot are clean and look very nice well landscaped and manicured. The employees are very nice and if you have the mobile app on your phone you can get coupons when you place your order. That's what got me to come in was a coupon for a buy Whopper get one free. If not for that I would have probably gone elsewhere because I have the mobile apps for all of them and go to the one with the best deal closest to me. The food was delicious it was hot and it was served quickly. It was my first time here and I will go back again. I did go through the drive-thru. I highly recommend this for anyone

Easy to order and prompt at taking my order. Food took a while to prepare but I had a big order. The cashier was pleasant and made sure she had everything right. Dining room wasn't busy. I'll be back.

Nothing to write home about. Just A good ol burger King. I went to pick up an online order.  The food was almost ready. The drinks or shake was not. I don't mind waiting for food as long as its being made fresh. But I can't say 100% it was being made fresh or if their ordering app told them I was almost there then they started bagging my order or if it was being made fresh. Either way ot tasted good like Burger King does.  Kid-friendliness: Good kid meals!  Parking: Parking close to store.  Wheelchair accessibility: Typical handicap parking lot, entry.

Food is Burger King good. The crew of the restaurant needs a refresher course in customer service. I stood at the front counter with another customer for 6 minutes without any acknowledgment from one of the four non-cooking members of a team of 6 or 7. Put your phones down, and act like you care. You don't have to care, but you were hired to act like you do...smh. Bad franchise management

I give every place two tries and will not be returning back to this location. Ordered at 11 am the bacon and Swiss chicken sandwich. When I got home no bacon and the chicken looked like it had been reheated from the previous day. So bad that I could not even finish the meal. Both times the food as been subpar for Burger King standards. It's simple as an employee if you wouldn't eat it and take it to your family to eat don't serve it to your customers.

Probably the worst BK I’ve been too. No welcome. No thank you. Hamburger gross. Employees zero happiness. Sad place

One car in drive thru 14 mins. Then order 2 value menu items $1.79 a piece does not equal $4.10. asked for a receipt was ignored

Worst service Sunday night 2/5 the drive thru associate was rude and dismissive! I won’t be back to this location again and hopefully the mgmt team see’s this and address what customer service is
