WOW! How do you walk into a restaurant and wait at counter to be told just one moment let me finish this order, then the same employee turns back around and asked how we got in? The door was supposed to have been lock, so we said we walked in the door was unlock, then since we were thrown off with all the questions we stopped answering them and then the same female employee says to my wife that she is crazy. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life! All the manager had to say was I do not know why she said that to you, but how can I take your order… Unbelievable!!!

So I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, with lettuce and tomato and mayo. Let me just say wow! DISGUSTING! WAY WAY TO MUCH MAYO! I'm not even sure if this is the spicy chicken? They obviously have the upper hand during lunch because they are next to McDonald's and they are super busy during lunch so you go to Burger King especially if you have kids and you don't have the time. Not anymore screw that place! I didn't even go on about the most disgusting and gritty nasty timed out mozzarella sticks!

Pretty good overall. This Burger King only has the regular soda machine. Not the big fancy one that downtown Fort Wayne has where you can mix all sorts of flavors. The food was hot and fresh. The service was great considering she was running all over the place doing the job of like 3 people. No iced tea. But they have three flavors of slushy next to the soda machine.

There was a long wait and I was the only car in line. My whopper was terrible and my fries were cold even though I requested for fresh fries they were not. Also I asked for light ice in my drink and there was a ton of ice, won't be coming back to this location.

This place is a joke. Went here two different mornings to get coffee. First morning took 25 minutes. This morning nobody will answer the drive through speaker. I was the only one in line. The lights are on and it's open... Just a very poorly run fast food jointFood: 1/5

We have tried to give this location so many chances...something is always wrong. Everytime this year something is wrong, the food is old, or wrong items, missing items, or not made how we order. They need to pay attention and follow the orders in screen. Watch times of food, idk....

They don't follow their scheduled hours or post adjusted hfirst. It closed the dining room whenever they feel like it, will not be coming back.

Ok burger king.  Food was ok but it was like they were rushed cause the lettuce tomatoes were not evenly on burger instead all on one side.  Restaurant was ok on cleanliness.  Drive through did well getting my order right and outFood: 3/5

Incredibly slow in the drive-thru. A single car has sat for over 10 minutes just waiting to order. Slow inside too, and they constantly get orders wrong.  No Impossible breakfast at this location.

At some point, I only have myself to blame for coming to this location. It’s the closest one to my house, so I keep giving it a chance. Over the past 4 times I’ve been there, 2 of the times I went in the afternoon I was in line for over 30 minutes. The other two times was for breakfast and my order was wrong. Last time, I ordered a single sausage cheesy melt, but they gave me ham instead. Today, I tried ordering a double sausage croissan'wich, and a black iced coffee. They responded with “we don’t have black iced coffee”…yet it’s just coffee, and a lot of ice. But then they gave me coffee at room temperature I’ll give them credit for trying. THEN my sandwich was only a single. So not only did I round up on my meal for the BK fund but I paid for a more expensive sandwich and received less. The hash browns were good and hot, but the sandwich was not. If you go to this location, I’ve learned, your order will be wrong in the morning, or take 30 minutes for lunch/dinner.
