Half the time they miss stuff in the order I come back 3 minutes later they have no clue. The woman at night is always on our phone rather than helping customers. I do not recommend this location after a certain time.Food: 1/5

Morning crew are excellent, longtime crew members to be appreciated. Afternoon and evening crews are a revolving door, to be expected.

Every and any time I eat Burger King my body punishes me for the next two days. I am a solid stomached person but for whatever god given reason I fall into a physical and mental slump when I consume bk. I eat other fast food and that’s not to say the effects aren’t the same but bk by fare does or posses something my body is not ok with, from the chicken to the beef

Burger King bethel CT can not get an order correct. Preordered and still forgets a soda. Last time they forgot a burger. They need to work on their quality control.

Used to be good. Where is the girl that used to be here all the time????? She needs to come back. Different burger king perhaps?

Got the 2 for 5 meal deal with fries and onion rings. The fries and rings surprised me as how good they were. I don't know if they changed the recipe or the oil but fabulous.

Hmmm... Not sure why the fries are so salty . I could shake them off the fries. I think we can do better but maybe that's just me.

Don't like the fact that they don't have brewed sweet ice tea! Had trouble how to use the coke machine. The manager on duty came out to show me. How is fast food establishments are more expensive than Chinese. Service was great the food was good. French fries were better than the Fish Filet

I have ordered twice through the drive through in recent weeks and received the wrong food both times. First time- wanted a Whopper and Fries, got 2 chicken sandwiches. Second time- wanted a Whopper and Fries, got Chicken Fries and regular fries.  Triple check your DT order before leaving. I wish I had.
