At this Burger King they have great service, and Marlene one of the managers make the very best coffee and always smiles and get your order right all the time in a friendly manner. The restaurant and the bathrooms are very clean inside its truly amazing, you can order either inside, or use the drive thru, or get delivery! Its great
Gotta love BK. The gentleman managing the drive thru orders was on his game! I forgot BK had special onion ring sauce as they never actually offer condiments. This guy didn’t even ask he through some in and changed my life for good!Recommended dishesCheeseburger, Onion Rings, Whopper
This is one of the better Burger Kings - properly staffed so you don't have to wait forever, friendly staff and enough seating so you will almost always find an empty spot, even at lunchtime on a weekend. There is adequate parking and a traffic light on Hackensack Ave makes it easy for you to safely get there. There is a drive-thru and, like all fast food places with a drive thru, you will always get the fastest service there. The dining area has been reopened.
Benny has great customer service. He got my big order correct, and I didn’t have to repeat myself constantly. I was glad to see he didn’t not forget to pack anything when I checked the bags.
Wonderful service here by Mohamad, a friendly great competent manager who always gets your order ready fast and right with a winning attitude. Feels like cool classy dining with clean spacious seating, very clean bathrooms and counter tops, wide open windows with wrap around views, its terrific! Toys for the kids, high chairs and ultra modern soda electronic soda machines with every flavor! Truly Amazing, you can order either inside, do a mobile online order with offer and discounts, or use the drive thru, or get delivery! You can also bring your coupon or discount codes to use at the register. Vegetarian options: The impossible burger is a great veggie option! You can also ask to hold the salt on the fries or hold the mayo, ketchup and pickles etc. Kid-friendliness: Kids Meals, Kid Friendly food such as chicken nuggets, cookies, hash browns, etc. Kids Toys, and Kings Crowns. High chairs for kids, High Top tables, Kids toys and more. Parking: 144 parking spots. Wheelchair accessibility: Large door with ramp for wheel chairs. Side seating for wheel chairs. Dietary restrictions: Dietary restriction friendly because you can also ask to hold the salt on the fries or hold the mayo, ketchup and pickles etc. So you can customize your order to your needs as you like.
it’s not even busy and only one car ahead of me and still mess up my order, told them clearly no vegetables on my whopper melt and gave me bunch of onions on my Patties and so disappointed on their fish sandwich it’s over cooked and taste old, this place needs employee training seriously.
They have upgraded their menu to include some nice chicken sandwiches. Not bad tasting either. Still prefer Popeyes but these aren't all that bad. Prices are good. Restaurant is clean and service is fast.
used drive thru with no cars and seemed liked no one dining in, took long time just to get 2 breakfast sandwiches and when I got it they messed up my order so I had to turn around to get it replaced. not going to go anymore since tthere are many other fast food places around Update: The wait at the drive-up was too long again and seemed to be caused by short-staffing and poor communication skills so orders were being confused. One of my items was wrong - again not what I ordered but not discovered until I arrived back home. It may sound trivial, but the sack my order came in was torn and wrinkled like it had been used before. I hadn't been to this BK in several years and was unpleasantly surprised to see.it hadn't changed in all that time, despite a renovation and menu upgrade. Other BKs I've visited have not been this disorganized.
They are understaff whenever I go there. I think the management need to hire more people especially rush hour. That is why instead of driving thru, I just go inside to order. Its much faster.Food: 4/5
Food was OK - I ordered an Impossible Whopper. Fries were crispy but a bit over salted. Drink choices were amazing.Food: 4/5
